iGPR hired our Monet Bingo Blower for their 2026 Annual Conference in Birmingham. iGPR are the #1 market-leading, trusted provider of redaction and medical reporting software extensively used by UK Doctors.
Their annual conference, this year held at the Edgbaston Park Hotel and Conference Centre on the Birmingham University Campus, runs over two days, with the Gala Dinner finishing off day one.
To end the evening, iGPR played three games of bingo, with prizes ranging from eye masks to Apple AirPods and Luxury Jo Malone Hampers.
In addition to supplying the Monet Bingo Machine with a Vintage set of bingo balls, we also supplied the three-game bingo books and dabbers.
Our bingo tickets keep your audience engaged throughout the game because each has all 90 numbers, so players have to concentrate and mark off every number as it is called.
Bingo is a great way to break up a conference, and there are several ways you can use it:
- First, you can break up heavier sessions with bingo, dispersing the games throughout your day. Playing bingo raises your heart rate and adrenaline response, which has been proven to aid learning, memory and retention. Making it the perfect interlude before presenting your important session.
- Second, just like iGPR, you can finish the day with a few games of bingo.
- Third, you can use it to raise money for charity. One Retail used bingo games, dispersed throughout the day at their annual conference, but sold the books for £5 each. The company provided all the prizes, donating proceeds from bingo ticket sales to the Alzheimer’s Society.
Bingo is an inclusive game, regardless of your level of education, general knowledge or even nationality. Perfect for any conference.
