We have got our bingo ticket and dabber ready, so let’s play bingo.

First, when marking off the numbers, ensure that they are still legible – if they are unreadable, then your ticket will be voided. Dabber ink is see-through. If you are using a pen, one tip is to either circle or underline the number.
The caller will tell you what game you are playing and whether it is a line, two lines or a full house to win and what the prize is.
Caller, “We are playing the red game on your card for a line, for a bottle of wine”
Caller, “Eyes down, look in, and the first number is: three and seven, thirty seven.”
Now check your ticket to see if you have 37 on it (tip 37 is always in the fourth column). If you have a full strip of six tickets, all 90 numbers are on there. We do have 37 on our ticket, so let’s dab it.

Caller, “five oh, blind fifty.”
Check your ticket for 50 (the sixth column), you have it, so dab it.

Caller, “old age pension, six and five, sixty-five”
Check your ticket for 65 (the seventh column) again; you have it, so dab it.

Amazing, that is three numbers all on your card. Let’s continue.
Caller, “all the sevens, seventy-seven, Sunset Strip.”
77 (eighth column), you have it, so let’s dab it.

Caller, “two oh, blind twenty.”
You have it again: that is the third number on your second line. Dab it.

Caller, “knock at the door, on its own, number four.”
It is the first column, and you have it on your third line. Dab it.

Caller, “five and one, fifty one.”
Another one on your third line. You know what to do – dab it!
Caller, “staying alive, eight and five, eighty five.”
Last column, middle line. Dab it!

You only need 41 now to win.
Caller, “time for fun, four and one, forty one”
You: “BINGO!”
You have won, Tip, it is always best to call bingo first before dabbing the number.
A runner will check your line to verify your win.

Congratulations you have just played your first game of Bingo.
